The OLIVE GROVE with guest harvest in late April/May features complimentary olive curing to take home and the olive trees are on their way to producing an interesting blend of table olives. Sometimes we press for oil and it is for sale if in stock. OLIVE TREES of various sizes and varieties are FOR SALE and are an ideal fruiting garden tree that can be shaped to size.

TOURISM:
Stay in the same area, which was hand picked by Hannibal Macarthur, as prime grazing land back in the 1800's. Local farms in the area still carry large numbers of sheep and cattle .Read about how the little pocket of Big Hill got it's name and was settled.

WALK TO THE HISTORIC SANDSTONE CHURCH BUILT BY CONVICTS and which still holds services and weddings with a non-denominational service every 4th Sunday of the month in a casual bush style where you can yarn with some locals over a cuppa afterwards.
