We invite you to stay in our beautiful ocean view villa, where you can wake up to a majestic sunrise. We will also pick up/drop off our guests from the airport for free. Guests will have direct access to Dian Bay on the property where you can enjoy snorkeling with our free water sports rentals. We are also just a 5 minute walk to Long Bay Beach.

Feel free to use Pelican Reef Villa for workcation with full speed internet or simply have fun with your friends, family and your loved ones.

The space
We have been renting this villa privately for years, but we decided to share this villa on airbnb as well so that we could share the wonderful experience to more people.

【Meet our housekeeper, Marilyn】
Marilyn, our dedicated housekeeper, will make sure all guests have clean bedsheets and towels upon your request. Daily dishwashing and sweeping is included in the service as well.

If you need anything during your stay, Marilyn will be there from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm to help you. If you need any recommendations on where to visit or what to do during your stay, please feel free to message us and we will provide you with multiple suggestions. (We know some places that you could enjoy for free too!)

【Breakfast & dinner option】
Furthermore, we can provide additional house keeping services such as doing the laundry and serving authentic Caribbean style home cooked meals (breakfast & dinner) for 50 USD/night per person.
Fried plantains, oven roasted duck and chicken, fresh spearfished seafood dish are what we recommend.
*Please book this option more than 1 week prior to your visit since we will need to purchase the ingredients at a supermarket near St. John's.
*Please note that there won't be that many restaurants, supermarkets or convenience stores in a walking distance. So we highly recommend you choose this option for your convenience.

【Free pick up at the airport】
If you are visiting this villa from overseas, we will coordinate a taxi driver to pick you up at V.C. Bird International Airport. Just let us know your flight schedule.

【Flexible check-in/check-out time】
You may check in anytime that is convenient for you. Marilyn or one of our members will be there to welcome you on the day that you arrive.
Although we set the checkout time to 6pm, we are willing to make it flexible depending on your flight, next schedule and so on. Please let us know what time would be convenient for you and we will do our best to make it happen.

【Free water sports equipments】
Any guests that are staying at Pelican Reef Villa will also have access to the water sports items for free. These are the items we have ready for you:
・Snorkeling masks (Large size x2, small size x2)
・Swim fins (Extra large x1, large x1, small x1, extra small x1)
・Body boards (48 inches x1, 42 inches x1)
・Inflatable paddle boards (2 are available)

【Meet the locals】
Since we have a lot of connections with the locals in Antigua, if you have any activities that you would want to do, we can arrange a tour for you. For example, if you want to experience jet skiing, we will introduce you to Rolston Roberts.
