Condo Refresh update Novemebr 2022: We are so happy to announce that we have installed a brand new Split AC system in this beautiful condo! There are now air handlers in each room for your cooling comfort! We also updated the flooring, have performed a deep clean, replaced linens and kitchen inventory items as well! Come stay at this refreshed condo!!!

This upgraded 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, condo is sure to make you feel at home. Please see our video tour, which is the 3rd photo, to get a great feel for this wonderful condo and complex!

The layout is a very spacious 1484 sq ft, spread over two floors. The great separation of bedrooms/bathrooms providing privacy for all guests makes it a great place for larger families and groups! The condo will sleep 8 comfortably. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 have their own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom hosts 2 single beds, along with a full bathroom off the dining area, and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

The main level of this unit boasts a well-appointed kitchen, with a pass through counter space and bar seating, a large open-concept living and dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a large lanai off of the main living area which provides additional space for dining, entertaining, or just relaxing in the tropical Maui breeze. On the second level, the condo features a very comfortable loft-style Queen Suite with its own full bathroom.

There are wood and tile floors throughout the condo making the space very beach friendly. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils/items that you might need to prepare your own home-cooked meals. You will find beautiful Hawaiian touches throughout the condo, including locally carved Koa wood cabinets in the kitchen and all bathrooms. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been upgraded, with granite, tile and glass.

For your comfort there is a Split AC System with air handlers in each room! There are also ceiling fans in the living area and each bedrooms. However, in the cooler months, it is always an option to open the lanai doors and let the Hawaiian trade winds in!

The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and coolers, for use during your stay. We also have a full size washer and dryer should you need to do any laundry.

The Kamaole Sands complex is situated on 15 acres of lush landscaping, including beautiful fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There is a large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzis, as well as 4, very well maintained tennis courts. There are also 5 BBQ areas with Weber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex for use at your convenience. Just a short walk away from the complex you can find shopping and a variety of restaurants. Within 5 minutes drive you also have access to world class shopping, dining and golf in the South Maui resort area of "Wailea".

Cancelation Policies and Options:

Travel Insurance – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.

For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:

Cancellations - 30 days or more before check-in, Renters will receive a Full Refund, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee + Tax

Cancellations - 29 Days or Less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice. There are NO Refunds for Early Departure.

Great time
Every thing was good. We did have to get the ac fixed . Shelf by the stove missing a pin won’t hold things. Freezer is leaking into the fridge area. We had a great time super happy with the condo.

Property was amazing, Condo itself needed some more amenities
Property was amazing, condo itself could use some amenities. IE we had to buy cloth hangers and tea towels, there was also no mop or anything to clean floors, and first time we have had a condo with no boogie board. We stayed there just short of 3 weeks. Condo is quiet and great location. Property management was easy and very efficient to deal with.

Clean, quiet, convenient
The condo is nice and big, and clean and convenient, in a quiet corner of the property. The two reserved parking spaces are right next to the elevator. Kihei is a great neighborhood, near beautiful beaches with lots of places to eat and shop.

Great location and clean
This place fit our needs for what we wanted to do in Maui as it was centrally located. Close to the airport, to the aquarium and harbor, to restaurants, the beach, grocery stores... Place was clean and well furnished with enough plates, utensils, cookware, glasses, mugs for our group(6 adults, 1 child). The unit is part of a big complex of rentals and this unit has a partial view of the ocean. Beach is just across the street. Communication with property manager was excellent and tended to our needs promptly especially after the first day where we had a problem with the upstairs shower. Taken care of right away. Just a little confusing to operate the remotes for the tv and the fans but other than that nothing major. I would recommend staying here as it is close to everything.

Great Location and Space for Families
This condo was in an excellent location. Was right across the street from the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The dedicated parking spaces were very convenient. The condo was also in nice condition, and plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 small children. Was a great stay for our family trip.
