Our stunning 6 bedroom home welcomes you with a stylish gallery. A master-bedroom with an ensuite-bathroom and direct access to the pool.

The house has an ideal location for discovering this unique area by boat including direct access to Gulf of Mexico.

Children are welcome. Up to 12 guests.

5200 sq feet - Plenty of room for larger groups.

Upstairs features an entertainment room with pool table and large screen TV.

Our family vacay in Cape Coral

We had an amazing time in Cape Coral! The location was perfect, convenient to town and many other places. By being on a canal, we had the ability to dock a boat for a few days. What an added experience for all! Michelle was very responsive to our questions. She was flexible and allowed us to drop off things prior to check-in. We had some heating issues with the pool. Between Michelle and the property manager they were able to get Hector the pool guy on a Sunday to help with the heat. We were very appreciative of this help. The house worked so well for our family of 10. The variety of views of the pool and canal are breathtaking. The grill was used almost every night! Plenty of seating inside and out. The theater room with pool table was a fun addition to our time. We however, could not connect to the TV, but it wasn't a big deal. The area is so nice for walking, biking and running. It was a wonderful week with our family. We would definitely go back again!

Family fun

Very nice property, although the upstairs shower door wouldn’t close properly, some lights were not working. The hot tub was not heating up the first day and Michelle was very responsive and issue resolved the next day. Overall great family vacation with our adult children, Thank you Michelle

Huge home, not quite “luxury”

The house is huge. Plenty of room to spread out, large bedrooms and baths, nice outdoor space and areas to gather. Furniture is modern and fits the space well. The game/movie room is fantastic. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels available for the pool and showers. Easy to get on the Cape Coral parkway to go explore. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries - until we were onsite. I did reach out early in the stay about ants in a cabinet. I did not receive a response so didn’t bother reaching out again. The overall 3 star rating comes down to this rental falling short of its luxury description and price. The house needs a deep clean, general maintenance attention, and upgraded kitchen supplies. Outlets not working, dishwasher door falls to the floor, stove touch screen wonky, kitchen faucet has a mind of its own, light bulbs out, loose bath fixtures, and the undersized hot water tank for such a large home caused cold shower issues all week - nuisance issues but there were a lot of them. The only safety issue was exposed electrical wires in the dock area where covers/fixtures were missing. A good option for a large group, adjust your expectations down from luxury.

Disappointed in the way she handle the feces on the bed

It was a great location but there were many amenities that did not work upon arrival. While everyone was getting rooms situated one of the rooms had cat feces on top of the comforter. After calling and informing them of the situation the cleaning lady came and only removed the comforter and then left. Never received an apology or discount for the issue. We made the best of it and just had the youngest kids bunk together. All in all just disappointed on how the ordeal was handled. With paying what I paid the house should of been cleaned before we showed up
