Nahil is one of the newest buildings in Akumal. Located right on the beach on Half Moon Bay, this spacious condo is on the ground floor, with extremely easy access to the pool and the beach. Build in a contemporary style, Nahil #2 has 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a nicely appointed open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, and large private terraces. The floor to ceiling windows on the beach side allow for fantastic views and lots of light.

Nahil is located towards the northern end of Akumal's Half Moon Bay, close to La Lunita restaurant and Jungle Cafe, and a couple of short blocks from the natural aquarium that is Yalku Lagoon. Akumal is a laid back beach community with ecologically minded locals, and calm bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is just 20mins from the popular resort towns of Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and just one hour south of Cancun International airport.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, daily maid, coffee, hygiene products, water jug, and AC was great. We were able to walk right out to the beach and go snorkeling. Bring your own snorkel gear and life jacket. There is a reef right there. We ate at La Buena Vida, walking distance and on the beach. It had vegetarian and vegan options. Breakfast and coffee shop walking distance and a gym! So much to do with cenote nearby. I plan a return visit next year.

Short but sweet stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed a four night five day condo for a quick trip and this property was excellent. I invited another couple last minute and we all had a great time. The property was very clean and beautifully located on half moon bay. I will stay at this property again!

Great place to stay with kids!

We loved staying here! The walk out from the first floor was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the kids swim in the pool. Pool was great with different areas of depth. There were multiple other groups staying in the condo but the pool or beach never got crowded. The inside was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The groundskeeper, security, housekeeer and concierge were all great too. We had a car which was helpful in getting around and making trips during the day. The snorkeling off the beach was great and calm enough for kids. The only downside for the kids is that it’s a bay- so there no big waves to splash and play in. But we knew that going in and were able to visit other beaches nearby. I’d recommend this place!
