We're located on the 6th floor in an elevator building. Onsite are two large swimming pools, free underground parking. We have FREE Hi-Speed WiFi and all the high end finishes you would want in a vacation home like granite countertops, marble floors, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge and large Flat Screens with smart TVs .

The Master suite has ocean views and opens to the balcony. The master bath has dual sinks, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made into 1 king bed upon request. The large guest bathroom has huge walk-in shower. Your condo is setup and fully equipped for every need with an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo has everything-- hair dryers, iron, toiletries, luxurious extra large towels and sheets.

Medano beach is a short walk to the end of the road. It is one of the few swimmable beaches and is perfect for all types of water sports. When you step onto the beach you'll have a myriad of activities to do: jet skis, SU Paddle boards, kayaks, water taxis (takes you to Lovers Beach or to the Marina in town). the beach is lined with bars and restaurants. Lounge on the beach while your waiter brings you a old beer or margarita. THE BEST! Don't miss the fun at Mango Deck or the craziness at The Office.

Just step outside the gates of this completely secured complex with 24/7 Security and you are one block to the Medano Beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. If you want to explore the town it's about a 15 min walk to the center (or a 5 min taxi). Enjoy morning and evening walks along the miles of beach. We love to have Happy Hour at Tabasco's and watch the sunset on the beach.
