THE COMPLEX IS CURRENTLY TEARING OFF THE DECKS TO THIS BUILDING. WHILE THIS IS BEING DONE, THE UNIT CAN BE RENTED, BUT THE PATIO WILL BE OFF LIMITS AND THE DOOR TO THE PATIO WILL BE BOLTED SHUT FOR SAFETY. THIS IS DUE TO BE COMPLETED BY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

Come visit our cozy and EXTREMELY clean 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath lakefront condo that sleeps 8. This freshly painted waterfront unit has new planked flooring, living room furniture, & linens! Enjoy an evening on the private deck, while you enjoy the view of the cove and main channel.
The Master bedroom has a private bath and king bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom that will sleep 2 and a single on top. There is also another single bed in the room. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room that sleeps 2. The 2nd bathroom is a common shared bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom. This unit has a television in each bedroom, and a large flat screen in the Livingroom as well as hi-speed internet.
The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to make your meals at the condo. We also supply a slow cooker and blender for your convenience. We provide all towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and linens.

Bring your boat and dock in one of our private boat slips (Additional)

The LEDGES Complex offers two pools, WI-FI, an awesome Sandy Beach and playground for the kids. This complex is a very central location by boat and land. The dining, shopping, and entertainment options are all close by, as well as golf, massage, and great grocery stores. If you want to rent a boat or jet ski, the rentals are very close to the complex.

*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
